As far as predictions go, who could have predicted what a crazy year 2020 would be (COVID). Dumpster fire, weird and, at times boring, as 2020 was for me it is also shaping up to be a great year for my business. For this I am eternally grateful. I am also ready to flip the calendar to 2021 and to getting THE VACCINE.
It was great to see a notification pop up on my phone that Redfin is predicting an outstanding 2021 for real estate. They anticipate 14.5 million Americans moving, 10% home sales growth and home ownership at 70%. Booyah! Bring it on!!
